Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for a AI Director (d/f/m).

As an ideal AI Director you combine strong filmmaking craft with AI-driven production and the ability to take projects from concept to final delivery.

Previous real-life directing and shooting experience is mandatory, alongside strong visual storytelling, cinematic taste, and a solid understanding of camera, lighting, performance, and post-production.

The role requires hands-on experience with generative AI, a clear sense of what should be shot, created with AI, VFX or hybrid workflows, and the ability to own the creative execution all the way through to the final film
