Your responsibilities

• You take full responsibility for the strategic, operational and commercial leadership of key client accounts.
• You act as the primary point of contact for clients at senior management level.
• You develop integrated communication and brand solutions across all relevant advertising materials, with a focus on moving image.
• You lead teams, budgets, timelines and resources across all project phases.
• You identify opportunities within existing accounts and actively drive their development.
• You ensure the highest level of consulting, project and execution quality and long-term client satisfaction.
• You lead pitches, presentations and client decision-making processes.
• You continuously optimize processes, structures and workflows within your accounts and beyond.
• You act as a thought partner and contribute to the strategic, professional and cultural development of the agency.
