About You
- You have a deep understanding of the creator, influencer, and social media landscape.
- You have experience developing and implementing strategies to build creator relationships for various brands and target audiences.
- You have a strong network of creators, talent managers, platform partners, and production service providers.
- You are skilled in negotiation, contract coordination, and budget management.
- You have a deep understanding of how platforms work, as well as trends and content formats on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- You are able to analyze the performance of creator campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization based on the data.
- You work in a structured and independent manner and can keep track of multiple projects simultaneously.
- You present and communicate confidently in both German and English.
- You have a good grasp of brand management and know how to authentically align creators with brand values and integrate them holistically into a comprehensive activation strategy.
- You have experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across the fields of creative, strategy, consulting, and production.
- You have a personal interest in and/or a keen curiosity about the fields of sports (marketing) and gaming
Your Tasks
- You identify suitable creators for brands, campaigns, and culturally relevant topics with a focus on sports
You build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, their management teams, and platform partners. - You develop strategies for creator relationships and oversee their operational implementation.
- You are responsible for reaching out to creators, negotiating with them, and onboarding them.
- You manage creator campaigns from the initial inquiry through reporting.
- As an integral part of a project team, you coordinate and advise clients, maintain a holistic view of the brand, and develop customized rollout recommendations.
- You brief creators and support the creative execution in close collaboration with creative and consulting teams.
- You coordinate schedules, budgets, approvals, and results.
- You analyze campaign performance and derive insights and recommendations for future activities.
- You continuously monitor trends, platform updates, and relevant cultural developments with a focus on sports and gaming.
- You support pitches and help develop new approaches to social media and influencer marketing.
- You identify potential risks early on when working with creators and develop appropriate solutions.
- You provide technical and organizational support to junior team members and actively share your knowledge within the team.
