Jung von Matt is looking for a (Senior) Creative Art & AI (d/f/m) to strengthen our team working on AI‑driven campaigns and innovative brand projects.

If you thrive in developing bold visual concepts, cinematic assets and future‑proof creative production pipelines, we’d love to have you on board. Very good command of German and English for client and team communication and a hands‑on, collaborative mindset are essential for this role.
Your tasks:
- Design and produce visual content across formats — from styleframes to cinematic motion assets and campaign deliverables
- Develop strong visual concepts and translate them into production-ready outputs
- Build and apply AI-supported workflows for image, video and motion generation
- Create assets for pitches, prototypes and live productions under tight timelines
- Work closely with creatives, strategists and production to bring ideas into execution
- Contribute to building scalable creative production pipelines within the team
What you score with:
- Strong foundation in visual design, typography and composition
- Experience in motion design and cinematic storytelling
- High proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere
- Ability to create high-quality visual assets quickly and reliably
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools in a creative or production context
- Understanding of campaign logic, social formats and visual consistency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
Bonus (but honestly important):
- Experience in creative agencies or production environments
- Understanding of AI-driven pipelines (ComfyUI, video models, etc.)
- Interest in building systems, not just assets
- A strong visual sensibility and high aesthetic standards
