Jung von Matt SPREE is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager (d/f/m) who understands that strong brand presence goes beyond posting - it happens in conversations, culture, and timing. This role combines both Social Media Management (ideating, planning, publishing) and Community Management. Our client is an automotive brand. Automotive experience is a plus, but not a must.
Social Media Management
Plan, manage, and develop content for social channels (focus: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Linkedin)
Collaborate on editorial planning, strategy, and content production
Publish and manage content via tools like Scompler and Asana
Able to understand and implement data performance learnings with a solid understanding of fundamental KPIs and analytics
Write clear, platform-native copy and handle fast-paced, ad hoc workflows
You bring:Strong platform knowledge and content instinct
Experience in social media management and ideally community management
Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
Community Management
Manage and moderate communities across platforms in real time
Write sharp, culturally relevant responses in English
Engage with trends, memes, and conversations with speed and accuracy
Maintain a tone that is clever, on-brand, and channel-specific
You bring:Excellent English copywriting and a strong sense of humor
English fluent, German language is also highly preferred.
Deep understanding of digital culture and online communities
Confidence in engaging audiences in a way that feels natural and timely
You will work in an international environment with close client collaboration.
