Trainee Strategy (d/f/m)

Hamburg
Full-time
Trainee

Position

Jung von Matt is looking for a German-speaking Trainee Strategy (d/f/m).

We're looking for someone who sees what others miss. Someone who can walk and scroll through culture and sense what it means, what it connects to, and where it's going. In a world where AI can generate the predictable, the most valuable thing a strategist brings is a genuinely interesting perspective.

What you bring

CULTURAL FLUENCY

You notice things. Connect dots across subcultures, platforms, and zeitgeist. You know why something is resonating right now and can articulate it.

SOCIAL-NATIVE INTUITION

TikTok and Instagram are part of how you process the world. You understand how content behaves, what audiences want, and what brands risk when they get it wrong.

CURIOSITY

You’re curious and hungry to learn about people, brands and markets. You translate that curiosity into perspective and sharp strategic thinking.

What you’ll get

You’ll be part of one of the largest and most diverse strategy teams in Germany: a team that covers everything from brand and creative, to social and comms, to data and AI strategy. Different ways of thinking, different kinds of briefs, and brands that actually matter. You’ll work on real projects from day one, with more than enough room to bring your own perspective - and enough challenge to sharpen it.

You don’t need to have all the answers. But you should have all the questions.

We look forward to hearing from you.
