Position
As the ideal JvM (Senior) Creative Team, you bring a strong combination of art direction and copywriting expertise, with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in a leading creative agency. You are both passionate about creating outstanding campaigns and have a deep understanding of brand communication. You are both fluent in German and English.
Your tasks:
- Development of innovative communication and design concepts, looks, and staging for various accounts, tailored to brand and product—both online and offline
- Creation of compelling campaign ideas across platforms, from ideation to execution
- Development of diverse layouts, key visuals, and presentation templates
- Preparing and leading client presentations
- Independent briefing of all involved parties (e.g., photographers, illustrators, concept designers)
- Supervision, training, and mentorship of juniors or mid-level creatives and interns
- Identifying and solving creative challenges, working closely with the Creative Directors when needed
- Optimisation of tools, workflows, and creative processes
- Proficiency in both conceptual and hands-on creative execution
- Strong customer, product, and brand knowledge
- Excellent strategic thinking and ability to bring ideas to life across different media
- Deep understanding of the interplay between traditional and digital media, including social media trends and mechanics
- Experience in shoots, social productions, and first productions
- Strong presentation skills in both German and English
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant creative tools
- Curiosity, a strong sense of good design, and a proactive attitude
- An impressive portfolio of award-winning projects (Cannes Lions, D&AD, LIA, ADC Germany)
