Account Director (d/f/m)

Jung von Matt is looking for an Account Director (d/f/m) for our INDUSTRY Unit with a focus on B2B clients and complex brand environments.

If so, as our Account Director (d/f/m), we’d love for you to bring your expertise to guide our projects forward. Your tasks:

  • Overall responsibility for large and complex B2B accounts and projects, including timing, cost, quality and feasibility
  • Management, maintenance, further development and expansion of the clients
  • Strategic and conceptual consulting for our clients
  • Independent execution of campaign projects
  • Leading, coordinating, and providing technical guidance to interdisciplinary teams
  • Preparing and delivering presentations
  • Budget planning and control, as well as project controlling

What you score with:

  • A degree in business administration, media, economics or communication sciences or a comparable education (e.g. apprenticeship)
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in project management, ideally in an agency
  • An extensive customer-, market- and brand understanding, for B2B clients
  • Sound experience in campaign processes - briefing, calculation and especially production experience
  • You like working in a team and you are a proactive, strong communicator
  • You are familiar with the use of project management tools and agile working methods
  • You feel confident in running meetings, presenting and corresponding and for steering meetings in the right direction
  • You are very well organized and you easily maintain an overview
