Junior Project Manager (d/f/m)

Jung von Matt is looking for a Junior Project Manager (d/f/m) for our INDUSTRY Unit with a focus on B2B clients and complex brand environments.


As a Junior Project Manager (d/f/m), you have a degree in business administration, economics, communication sciences or a comparable qualification. You have already gained some professional experience in account or project management, ideally in an agency. You are fluent in German and have very good English Skills.


Your tasks:

  • Planning, coordination and execution of projects
  • Preparation of briefings, timings and cost estimates (KVAs)
  • Budget planning, Invoice and cost control
  • Preparation and follow up of meetings, presentations and workshops
  • Customer contact within the scope of smaller projects
  • Monitoring of production and media plans
  • Basic market and competitor research

  • You have a sense for creativity and you work analytically and goal-oriented
  • You like working in a team and you are a proactive, strong communicator
  • You are familiar with the use of project management tools and agile working methods
  • You have a good cost awareness and feel confident handling budgets and billing processes
  • You feel confident in running meetings, presenting and corresponding
  • You work in a structured and reliable way and ensure clean, traceable documentation
  • You stay calm and focused even in stressful situations and are open to continuous learning
  • You are very well organized and you easily maintain an overview
