Your Tasks
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Developing and continuously improving People & Culture processes, guidelines and formats
- Moderating feedback, development and conflict resolution conversations
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies
- Maintaining HR data, analyses and reports
- Actively contributing to the development and strengthening of the JvM culture
