We’re looking for a Social Media Concept Creative (d/f/m) - someone who loves developing ideas from scratch and shaping brands through powerful concepts. Someone who combines strategic thinking with strong writing skills and cultural awareness.
Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are essential, as we work across both German-speaking and international clients.
What you’ll do
Develop social-first concepts that go beyond individual assets
Contribute to holistic campaigns - from big idea to activation
Work closely with art direction, creation, and production
Bring your own creative perspective and voice to the table
Help shape brands in a way that connects culture, community, and content
What you bring
Several years of experience (mid-level) as a copywriter or concept creative - ideally in a creative agency environment
A proven track record in developing original social media concepts
Strong understanding of content planning, platform dynamics, and digital trends
Skills
Strong conceptual thinking - from insight to execution
Excellent writing skills in both German and English, with a sharp sense for tone of voice
Ability to collaborate closely with art direction to bring ideas to life visually
Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for collaborative creative work
