The Tasks
- Organizing and coordinating daily office operations
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, including preparation and follow-up
- Supporting teams and management with administrative and organizational tasks
- Planning and booking business trips, including expense administration
- Ordering and managing office supplies and maintaining office infrastructure
- Coordinating external service providers (e.g. cleaning, IT, maintenance)
- Supporting internal events, workshops, and agency-wide activities
- Maintaining lists, databases, and internal overviews
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of office processes and internal workflows
