- Ability to prepare all relevant parameters for rate negotiations and coordinate closely with the SEK

- Experience in supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
The Tasks
- Developing tailored media strategies based on client and campaign objectives
- Creating detailed, integrated media plans across all relevant channels
- Analyzing market, target group and media data to identify trends and opportunities
- Planning, managing and optimizing advertising budgets
- Coordinating and overseeing media projects within interdisciplinary teams
- Continuously analyzing campaign performance and creating meaningful reports
- Maintaining close and regular alignment with clients on strategies, progress and optimization measures
- Preparing all relevant inputs for rate negotiations and collaborating closely with the SEK
- Identifying and implementing new tools, technologies and ways of working to improve campaign performance
- Supporting, coaching and developing junior media planners and other team members
