Project Manager Digital - Performance (d/f/m)

Position

Jung von Matt is looking for a Project Manager Digital - Performance (d/f/m). You support performance initiatives across SEO, GEO and marketplace optimization - coordinating specialists and implementation teams to turn insights into measurable improvements.

Your tasks:

Coordinate SEO and performance projects (audits, backlogs, implementation planning, QA) across content and tech
Support marketplace initiatives (e.g., Amazon Business, Conrad): content operations, optimization cycles, reporting cadence
Collect requirements, document action items and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and deadlines
Support KPI tracking, reporting and the translation of data into next steps
Support client communication, status updates, and basic budget/time tracking

What you score with:

A few years of experience in digital project coordination/management (agency or comparable)
Basic SEO understanding (technical & content) and curiosity to deepen it fast
Interest in GEO/AI search trends and what they mean for content and platform structures
Marketplace affinity: catalog/content quality, keyword logic, retail media fundamentals (nice to have)
Structured, reliable, and confident in coordinating multiple workstreams
Familiarity with agile methods and tools (Jira/Confluence or similar)
Fluent German and good English

Experience:

Experienced in working with specialists (SEO, content, analytics, dev) and keeping delivery organized
First exposure to analytics/reporting logic (dashboards, recurring reports)
