Jung von Matt is looking for a Senior Project Manager Digital - Performance (d/f/m). You lead performance-driven digital initiatives - with a strong focus on SEO, GEO (AI search visibility), marketplace excellence (e.g., Amazon Business, Conrad and comparable platforms), and measurement. You connect strategy, content, tech and operations to deliver measurable growth.
Your tasks:
- Lead performance projects from audit to execution (technical & content SEO, GEO readiness, measurement)
- Own roadmaps and implementation planning together with specialists (SEO/Content, Dev, Analytics, Media partners)
- Coordinate marketplace initiatives: listing quality, content operations, taxonomy, feed/data topics, and continuous optimization cycles
- Translate KPIs into priorities, experiments, and action plans; align stakeholders and ensure delivery cadence
- Consult clients on performance strategy, governance and ways of working – and keep budget, scope and expectations under control
What you score with:
- Several years of experience in leading digital projects, ideally where performance outcomes mattered (organic, marketplaces, growth)
- Solid understanding of technical SEO (indexing, crawling, CWV/performance, structured data) and content SEO
- Familiarity with GEO / AI search concepts and how content/structure impacts visibility and discoverability
- Marketplace know-how: Amazon Business, B2B/B2C marketplace mechanics (catalog, content, data quality, retail media basics)
- Hands-on confidence with analytics basics (GA4 principles, dashboards, reporting logic) and stakeholder communication
- Strong planning skills (roadmaps, backlogs, priorities) and ability to run multiple workstreams
- Fluent German and very good English; clear and convincing communicator
Experience:
- Working with cross-functional teams to implement SEO recommendations and measure results over time
- Coordinating external partners (media, marketplace agencies, tech providers) and keeping governance tight
