Position
Jung von Matt is looking for an Account Manager Digital (d/f/m) to support our Experience team and interdisciplinary client teams across digital platform initiatives (websites, e-commerce, apps, landing pages). In this role, you are the reliable partner for our clients and the internal teams - keeping scope, budget, quality and relationships on track while helping to grow accounts through smart consulting and excellent delivery.
Your tasks:
- Own day-to-day client relationships for digital accounts and ensure smooth collaboration across strategy, design, tech, and delivery
- Translate business goals into clear scopes, briefs, roadmaps and priorities (together with PMs, UX/UI and Tech Leads)
- Manage commercial aspects: estimates, offers, budget tracking, profitability and invoicing support
- Identify opportunities for account development (additional modules, optimizations, rollouts, new initiatives) and drive proposals with the team
- Ensure project quality by challenging requirements constructively and steering stakeholders through decisions
What you score with:
- Several years of experience in account management / consulting for digital projects, ideally in an agency environment
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and ecosystems (CMS/DXP, e-commerce, integrations, performance fundamentals)
- Confident communication from working level up to senior stakeholders; clear and structured in complex situations
- Solid commercial mindset (budget, estimation, scope control) and a pragmatic “get things done” attitude
- A good eye for UX/UI, content quality and brand experience – and the ability to discuss it with clients and teams
- Fluent German and very good English; able to explain technical topics in an accessible way
- Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across disciplines and partners
Experience:
- Experience with corporate websites, brand platforms, or digital products in multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience in leading a few website or platform relaunches
- Familiarity with agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban) and delivery processes
