Jung von Matt SPREE is looking for a (Sr. ) Project Manager Social (d/f/m) with a clear passion for the automotive world.
As the ideal candidate, you act as the reliable hub between client, creation, and all internal and external partners. With at least three years of professional experience in the social media environment, you are confident in managing platforms, content formats, and social mechanics. You bring strong market and audience understanding within the automotive sector and translate these insights into strategic, creative, and impactful solutions with foresight and persuasive clarity. Fluency in both German and English is required.
Your Tasks
Independent planning, management, and execution of social media projects throughout the entire project lifecycle – from always-on communications to major automotive launch campaigns
Confidently advising and guiding the client within the scope of your projects
Conducting briefings and coordinating closely with creation, strategy, media, and additional internal and external partners
Preparing, structuring, and following up on presentations, including presenting your work in alignment with team leads or management
Overseeing and coordinating social productions, content assets, and media schedules
Conducting market and competitor analyses with a special focus on the automotive industry
Supporting the development of performance reports, social analytics, and actionable insights
Preparing budget and cost calculations, timing plans, and ongoing project controlling
Measuring project success and efficiency, including cost and hourly analysis
Contributing to the creation of standardized processes, briefings, and templates
Ensuring proper documentation and handling classic internal communication and coordination tasks
Supervising, coaching, and supporting juniors and interns
Your Profile
Confident understanding of agency and production processes, especially within social content and campaign workflows
Knowledge of how client management, creation, media, strategy, and external partners interact
Hands-on experience managing social media projects of various sizes across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong understanding of automotive brands, target groups, and communication needs
Ability to read and understand client contracts, billing parameters, and competition law
Basic knowledge of market and audience research
Strong client orientation and analytical thinking
Ability to structure and deliver compelling presentations
Native-level German skills and very strong English proficiency
