Position
Accountabilities
- Leads motion adaptation work with a strong sense for format, rhythm, and platform requirements — adding motion layers to tag-ons, cutdowns, supers, and end cards across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, display, OLV, and DOOH.
 - Builds, adapts, and edits short- and mid-form motion assets from master creative — including resizing, reformatting, localizations, dynamic text, and modular end frames.
 - Executes solid motion design and compositing work to strengthen platform-fit visuals (type animation, transitions, logo resolves, product/pack shots, simple 2.5D).
 - Covers creative versioning and render pipeline needs in fast-paced digital formats where required (batch renders, encoder presets, LUT application, loudness/conform).
 - Screens platform specifications and performance best practices and translates them into lean, reusable templates and motion systems — always clear, never over-engineered.
 - Maintains a freelancer and internal craft network to scale creative output and plug in collaborators where needed — coordinates with external finishing partners where needed and ensures they follow PLAY templates and QC standards.
 - Collaborates with Art Direction, Account Teams, AI & Post Lead, and Producers in the setup phase, to ensure a clean and supported start (brief, master asset intake, spec pack, naming conventions).
 - Works horizontally with other creators and specialists to build new capabilities and sharpen craft skills — with a focus on automation and workflow optimization for repetitive asset categories (template-driven After Effects projects, expressions, precomp structures, render queue automation).
 - Flags missing skills or roles to Talent Management and helps define requirements for new motion/finishing partners based on production needs.
 - Takes ownership of adaptation pipelines on execution-led projects — ensuring content integrity, spec compliance, and on-time delivery.
 - Owns rigorous Quality Control (QC) prior to upload to Adstream or platforms (e.g., Meta, YouTube, TikTok): verifies specs (dimensions, fps, bitrate, codec, color space), audio loudness, copy accuracy and legal lines, safe margins, brand assets, localizations, subtitles/captions, slates/naming, and packaging (XML/metadata, thumbnails).
 - Reports to Production Directors within the specific unit; keeps stakeholders informed on status, risks, and handoff timings; raises blockers early and proposes pragmatic fixes.
 - Builds a performance asset library and reference taxonomy; maintains master templates, version matrices, and change logs to increase speed, consistency, and scale.
 - Tracks and documents delivery outcomes and QC findings; feeds recurring issues back into templates, checklists, and encoder presets to continuously improve the adaptation workflow.
