Jung von Matt SPREE is looking for an Intergrated Producer (d/f/m).

As an Integrated Producer (d/f/m), you turn vision into reality — managing projects across all media to ensure seamless, high-quality results.

Purpose:
Takes ownership of project execution, ensuring creative excellence, efficiency, and profitability. Acts as a leader within the production team, enabling Producers while ensuring a balance between operational structure and artistic vision. Plays a key role in building PLAY’s production ecosystem and fostering strong collaboration across teams.

Accountabilities:
• Leads projects with accountability for creative excellence and profitability, ensuring each production meets strategic and financial goals.
• Empowers Producers to take ownership of projects while maintaining creative excellence and efficiency.
• Builds and nurtures a strong team culture, ensuring collaboration and alignment across all productions.
• Acts as a bridge between creative vision and operational execution, making sure projects meet high creative standards.
• Ensures that each project contributes to learning and evolution, with structured knowledge-sharing and retrospective processes.
• Develops structured, scalable production methods that enable more consistent and creative outcomes.
• Encourages integration of technology to support creative workflows without overshadowing artistic vision.
