Als idealer Senior Project Manager (d/f/m) bei JvM SPREE bist Du die verlässliche Schnittstelle zwischen Kundinnen, Kreation und Service-Abteilung. Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung mit und fühlst Dich sicher im Umgang mit allen relevanten Medien. Mit einem klaren Verständnis für Kundinnen und Markt, starken Argumenten, Souveränität und Weitblick bist Du eine hervorragende Ansprechperson für unsere Auftraggeber*innen.

Deine Aufgaben:

    •    Du leitest und managst mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig und sorgst dafür, dass sie termingerecht und in hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden.
    •    Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, um strategische Pläne zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, die den Zielen der Kund:innen entsprechen.
    •    Du überwachst den Projektfortschritt, erkennst Risiken frühzeitig und findest Lösungen, um den Erfolg der Projekte sicherzustellen.
    •    Du pflegst enge Beziehungen zu den Kund:innen, verstehst ihre Bedürfnisse und bietest exzellenten Service.
    •    Du treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Projektmanagement-Prozessen und -Methoden voran.

Das bringst Du mit:

    •    Du sprichst Muttersprachniveau Deutsch und besitzt sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Englisch.
    •    Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung im Projektmanagement - idealerweise in einer Kreativ- oder Werbeagentur.
    •    Du kommunizierst klar und emphatisch, sowohl mit Kund:innen als auch im Team.
    •    Du arbeitest strukturiert, detailorientiert und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick über mehrere Prioritäten.
    •    Du hast fundiertes Produktions-Know-how und kannst auch komplexe Projekte steuern und koordinieren.
    •    Du kennst Dich mit Social Media Strategien und Plattformen aus und verstehst ihre Rolle in der Projektumsetzung.
   •    In deiner bisherigen Laufbahn hast du bereits PPMs, Offlineabnahmen und Online-Phasen betreut und Du kennst alle Abläufe und Prozesse, die eine Bewegtbild-Produktion erfordern in und auswendig. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Kreation und Agentur-Producer und stellst sicher, dass alle Abläufe reibungslos laufen und gut arbeiten können.
   •    Sehr gutes kaufmännisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis.

As an ideal Senior Project Manager (d/f/m) at JvM SPREE, you are the reliable link between clients, creative teams, and the service department. You bring at least five years of professional experience and feel confident working across all relevant media. With a clear understanding of clients and the market, strong arguments, composure, and foresight, you are an excellent point of contact for our clients.

Your responsibilities:

• You lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.

• You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with client objectives.

• You monitor project progress, identify risks early, and find solutions to ensure project success.

• You maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide excellent service.

• You drive continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Your profile:

• You are a native-level German speaker with excellent English communication skills.

• You have proven experience in project management - ideally within a creative or advertising agency.

• You communicate clearly and empathetically, both with clients and within the team.

• You work in a structured and detail-oriented way, maintaining an overview of multiple priorities even in a dynamic environment.

• You have solid production know-how and can manage and coordinate even complex projects.

• You are familiar with social media strategies and platforms and understand their role in project execution.

• You have experience with large-scale moving image productions. In your career so far, you have managed PPMs, offline approvals, and online phases, and you know every step and process required for moving image production inside out. You act as the interface between client, creative, and agency production, ensuring that all workflows run smoothly and efficiently.

• You possess strong commercial and financial understanding.
