Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for social media content of the highest standard, from punchy TikTok edits to major YouTube series.
- You will develop and manage international creative concepts, evaluate them with a keen eye, and present them to clients in a compelling manner.
- You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media campaigns, activations, and always-on ideas on a national and global level to drive brand growth and engagement.
- You draw creative conclusions from the analysis of performance indicators and provide strategic insights for optimizing future campaigns.
- Of course, you always stay up to date on industry trends and new platforms to secure the agency's competitive advantage in digital marketing.
- You lead creative project teams, provide creative impetus, and proactively promote the general exchange of knowledge.
About you:
- You are a creative thinker with a passion for innovation in the digital field (focus on social media).
- You have several years of experience as an interface between different disciplines (creation, digital, consulting, and media).
- You have comprehensive knowledge of all relevant social platforms and their storytelling mechanisms.
- You have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire people and lead them to achieve common goals, as well as mentor younger creatives.
- You think in terms of ecosystems, not individual measures.
- Your self-organization and self-motivation are excellent.
- You are confident in using AI tools and new technologies for content production.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies. (German C2 level & English B2 level)
- You bring cultural credibility in the areas of pop culture, sports, and entertainment.
