Position
You are the central interface between our Executive Producer and partners such as young and established agencies, film productions, and artists/voice talents. You are responsible for seamless communication, project organization, and the implementation of all audio-related content within our campaigns. You combine creative understanding with organizational skill to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality level.

Your Tasks
• Project Coordination: Managing audio projects from briefing to final delivery.
• Interface: Close collaboration with Executive Producer, directors, consultants, film
productions, music composers, and voice talents.
• Communication: Translating customer requirements and strategic goals into clear
briefings and workflows.
• Budget & Timings: Responsible for calculation, obtaining quotes, cost control, and
on-time project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that delivered audio content meets the highest creative,
technical, and brand-specific standards.
• Creative Support: Participating in pitches, brainstorming sessions, and musical
concept development.
About you
• Several years of experience in audio production, commercial film production, or an
advertising agency as a producer.
• Organized, structured way of working with a high degree of initiative.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting, project management tools, and production workflows.
• Confident in German and English, both written and spoken.
