Jung von Matt SPREE is looking for a Project Manager (d/f/m) with a strong focus on Creator Management.

Your tasks:
Independently coordinate and manage creator projects from planning through execution.
Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met.
Build and maintain a creator pool, including structured filing and database management.
Support the preparation of project documentation such as briefs, schedules, and status reports.
Take care of administrative tasks and collaborate closely with the project management team.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external creators, aligning content with brand goals.
Analyze and report on creator-led campaigns, offering insights and suggestions for optimization.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new creator partnership opportunities.
Dein Profil
About you:You speak fluent German (C2) and have strong communication skills in both German and English.
You are communicative, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
You work in a structured and reliable way and love to optimize workflows.
You have a strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator economy.
You have an eye for creative content and understand what drives success for brands and creators.
You’re a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in project management or creator relations is a plus.
