You are a digitally fluent creator who knows how to make content that sticks – not in theory, but in timelines, reels, and channels. You shoot, edit, animate, and post-produce with confidence, bringing platform logic and creative ambition together. You're not waiting for the perfect production setup – you build the story with what you’ve got. And you make it look damn good.
You’ve worked in agile environments, ideally in production companies, content studios, or digital-first agencies. You're comfortable with short timelines, multi-format deliverables, and projects that evolve quickly. You know when to scale solo, and when to call in collaborators.
You move easily between camera, post, motion, and AI workflows — and you’re always curious to expand your toolbox. TikTok? Let’s go. Twitch? You get the vibe. YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn loops, Instagram edits? Already in your muscle memory.
What you’ll do:
- Lead digital storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, YouTube & more — with strong creative and editorial ownership
- Own camera work, editing, motion, and photography within lean production setups
- Translate trends into content: fast, platform-fit, and smart — not over-designed
- Collaborate with Producers, Post Leads, and Creative Directors to align execution and ambition
- Build and manage your own micro-network of freelancers to plug into projects when scale is needed
- Contribute to postproduction infrastructure and handle end-to-end delivery for self-led jobs
- Take on post producer responsibilities in lean setups (briefing freelancers, managing delivery, keeping timelines clean)
- Work with AI tools (e.g. for editing, scripting, or post), not as gimmick, but as part of your execution logic
- Help define and evolve PLAY’s content capabilities with input from the ground
- 3–5 years experience in production companies, content studios, or digital creative roles
- Strong track record of independently producing video content for digital platforms
- Confident in camera operation, editing (Premiere, Resolve), and basic motion design (After Effects or similar)
- Platform instinct: You understand rhythm, duration, tone, and native formats across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more
- Hands-on mindset: You move fast, make smart choices, and ask for support when you need it
- A good eye and a grounded sense for aesthetics — plus the pragmatism to adapt on set
- Bonus: experience with photography, 2D compositing, AI post workflows, or managing freelancers
