The Role:

• As Senior Producer, you take full ownership of your projects — ensuring they’re on point creatively, sound financially, and flawless in delivery. You lead from the middle: mentoring Producers, challenging Creative and Client Service partners, and collaborating closely with Production Directors to make PLAY better every week.

• You’re not just here to produce.

• You’re here to shape how a modern agency department produces — as team lead, workflow thinker, and culture builder.

What you bring:

• 5+ years production experience in agencies, studios or hybrid units

• Confidence in leading complex projects from pitch to post

• Strong financial literacy (budgeting, scoping, tracking actuals)

• Passion for mentorship and a knack for growing team members

• Proactive mindset — you lead yourself and inspire others to move

• Real-world savvy: you know what works, what doesn’t, and what might

• Comfort with new tools & tech — and the drive to improve workflows

• Experience with digital-first formats and creators is a big plus

• Bonus: a network of reliable freelancers, vendors, and creatives

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead projects independently and with full accountability

• Align with the Production Director of your unit on key decision points

• Enable and mentor junior Producers to grow into ownership

• Help define the best production solutions for client-specific needs

• Be the bridge between creative ambition and operational clarity

• Bring a culture-first lens into every project

• Drive structured learning across projects (retros, feedback, etc.)

• Help evolve our workflows, infrastructure, and toolkits

• Integrate new team members into PLAY’s systems and spirit

• Scout and recommend talent, partners, and new creative collaborators
