Position
As an ideal JvM Senior Strategist Digital (m/f/d), you have at least five years of work experience as a digital strategist digital, social or creative agency. You have a broad understanding of the digital and social landscape and ideally in-depth knowledge and personal interest in individual digital specialist areas.
Areas of responsibility:
• Develop digital strategies that drive business objectives and KPIs
• Create personas, customer journeys, campaign architectures, and channel/content strategies
• Translate market, audience, and competitor insights into clear strategic direction
• Collaborate closely with creative and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Stay ahead of digital trends and technologies to keep strategies forward-thinking
• Mentor junior and mid-level strategists and foster and elevate the team by sharing up-to-date digital knowledge.
About you:
• 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, ideally within an agency environment
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
• Strong communicator – clear, persuasive, and confident with clients and teams
• Naturally curious, proactive, and passionate about digital trends & technologies
• A collaborative team player with a strategic point of view
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
