Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a Senior People & Culture Manager (d/f/m) in Part- or Fulltime.

You bring a completed apprenticeship or university degree and several years of experience in a people-focused role. You’re fluent in German and you have very good English Skills. You combine high service orientation with a hands-on mentality and strong team spirit? We can’t wait to meet you!

Your tasks:

  • Support and guide our team members throughout the entire employee journey – from onboarding to offboarding
  • Evolve and improve people-focused processes and routines that bring clarity and structure to our everyday collaboration
  • Be a sparring partner for team leads and colleagues on all people-related topics
  • Ensure compliance with current labor, tax, and social security frameworks
  • Bring in new impulses to make our culture more inclusive, resilient, and inspiring

What you score with:

  • Completed vocational or academic education with a business, organizational or human-centered focus
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in dynamic, creative environments
  • Sound knowledge of employment-related legal frameworks (labor, tax, and social security law)
  • Strong empathy, confidentiality, and communication skills
  • A structured, independent way of working and a deep sense of responsibility
  • Enthusiasm for collaboration, new work, and building strong cultures
