Position
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing jobs/projects in alignment with the AcD/CSD.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, acting as a sparring partner across all professional levels.
- Serve as a key interface between the client, creative team, services, and all JvM agencies.
- Receive briefings and develop creative briefs based on them.
- Draft decision reports following client meetings.
- Ensure a consistent flow of important day-to-day information to the AcD/CSD.
- Continuously monitor the profitability of individual jobs using SAP.
- Act as a sparring partner for the creative team in daily operations.
- Ensure effective resource planning for your projects/accounts.
- Maintain status updates and communication with clients.
- Create budget and cost calculations.
- Monitor production and media plans.
About You
- You are proficient in all relevant media processing steps, including timing, costs, and feasibility.
- Responsible for building, creating, and delivering presentations.
- You posses a strong understanding of creativity.
- Possess basic knowledge of copyright law and buyouts.
- Have market research knowledge.
- You have a strong command of both written and spoken English
- You bring several years of experience as a project manager, preferable on the agency side
