Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for a Senior Project Manager (d/f/m)
The tasks:
- Lead and manage complex projects from conception to execution, ensuring they meet client expectations, meet objectives, and are completed within specific timelines and budgets.
- Provide high-quality project management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with clients, markets and other service provider. Advice clients on projects, costs, risks and issues.
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams to develop strategic plans and innovative solutions for our clients.
- Analyze project performance, challenge the status quo and implement improvements to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
About you:
- Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with the client and other stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
- Excellent meeting and workshop skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Passionate about creativity and innovation, with a keen interest in digital trends and technologies.
