Position

Jung von Matt SPREE is looking for a German speaking Senior Strategist (d/f/m).

Develop strategic guidelines for campaigns, brand positioning and tonality.
Analyse markets, trends and target groups in depth to gain relevant insights.
Strategic sparring partner for clients
Developing and presenting convincing strategies in new business pitches and campaigns.
Guiding and developing younger strategists.

Dein Profil

Your problem solving is routine: independent use of strategic and psychological models, frameworks, storylines etc.
You manage projects independently: independent project development/acquisition. Drive your own projects forward.
You delegate: tasks are broken down into self-sufficient individual parts, clearly brief project members, communicate expectations, hand over responsibility
You are responsible for capacity and utilisation planning: realistic assessment of your own resources, creating precise offers for strategic services, ensuring an efficient way of working
You have extensive pitch experience
You present independently and confidently to small and large customers
You have 4-5 years of professional experience
Native speaker of German is a prerequisite
