Position

Jung von Matt SPREE is looking for a German speaking Strategist (d/f/m).

Carrying out market analyses to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks
Analysing competitors and their strategies
Collecting and analysing data to make well-founded strategic decisions
Helping to shape and support the development of long-term and short-term corporate strategies
Collaboration with various departments, e.g. creation, consulting, etc. to ensure that the strategy is implemented correctly
Communication and presentation of the strategy to various stakeholders and managers
Adaptation of strategies based on market developments or internal changes
Breaking down tasks into self-sufficient individual parts, clearly briefing project members, communicating expectations, handing over responsibility

Dein Profil

You have an understanding of strategic frameworks
You have a good understanding of the industry and market conditions
You have the ability to identify complex problems and develop innovative solutions
You bring good communication skills to work effectively with different departments and teams
You have the ability to translate strategic goals into measurable results and continuously monitor performance
You find it easy to develop new ideas and creative approaches
You have initial pitch experience
You present independently and confidently
You have 2-3 years of professional experience
Native speaker of German is a prerequisite
