Position
As a Senior Data Strategist, you bring several years of professional experience and expertise in analyzing and processing data within the marketing environment. You are passionate about challenging existing solutions and developing innovations. For you, data is not an end in itself. You enjoy using your insights from data analysis to make the creative power of our communication even more effective. You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and have a knack for communication in all directions. You are fluent in German and have very good English skills.
Your tasks:
- Professionel Leadership of the data team
- Further development of our product portfolio
- Impact analysis of the communicative measures
- Development and implementation of test and learning strategies
- Expert advice in the area of media mix modeling
- Customer journey mapping
- Supervision and further development of our dashboard system
- Supervision and further development of our reporting system
- Supervision and further development of the area of advertising impact measurement
- Data strategy consulting for clients (transformation, data architecture, ...)
- Integration, structuring & modelling of data (ETL, data harmonization, connection of interfaces, enrichment, ...)
- Interface to our AI team and identification of potentials
- Creation of tracking concepts and their implementation
- Advancing the data-driven mindset in the agency and the JvM Group
What you score with:
- Understanding of the communications and advertising industry
- Good knowledge of statistics
- In-depth understanding of advertising effectiveness mechanisms
- Experience in market research and reporting
- Good knowledge of Python and web analytics (GA4, eTracker, Matomo)
- Knowledge in the field of data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, Lookerstudio)
- Knowledge of CRM, data warehousing, customer data platforms & marketing automation
- You prefer to spend time with the team in the agency
