Jung von Matt is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager (d/f/m).
You thrive on crafting compelling content and campaigns that engage audiences, and you have a deep understanding of managing social media channels effectively? If so, as our Senior Social Media Manager (d/f/m), we want your expertise to drive our social media presence forward. With a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with solid experience in campaign and content development, you are exactly who we need. You are business fluent in German and English.Your tasks:
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across various platforms
- Manage end-to-end social media campaigns, ensuring high engagement and impact
- Act as a key social media expert within campaign and client teams
- Advise clients on best practices and continuously strengthen our social media capabilities
- Foster and maintain relationships with key platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) and ensure knowledge transfer within the team
What you score with:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing social media campaigns
- A strong network across various social media stakeholders (e.g. platforms, creator, agencies)
- Proficiency with campaign and content management tools
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for engaging with the constantly evolving social ecosystem and taking a pioneering role
- A team-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach within the agency
- You prefer to spend time with the teams in the agency
