Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for a Senior Process & Operations Manager (d/f/m) in part time.

The tasks

Develop and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the agency.
Design and implement innovative working models that align with our strategic goals and foster a collaborative environment.
Evaluate and integrate tools and technologies to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Extensive experience in process management and operational optimization, with a proven track record of success.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in using various tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
