Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a Producer (d/f/m).

As an ideal Producer (d/f/m), you have at least 3 years of experience in Production, ideally in the field of advertising or a large creative agency. On top, you have a proven track record of managing productions and budgets. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop clear and impactful production strategies. In addition, you are fluent in German and have very good English Skills.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring all production processes and workflows
• Ensure high-quality output and alignment with brand guidelines throughout the production process
• Continuous optimization of production processes
• Collaboration with qualified service providers to create innovative, platform-specific and relevant content
• Integration of newest AI trends and developments
• Implementation of in-house productions
• Implementation of new production technologies and methods

What you score with:

• Experience in optimizing production processes
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• You stay on top of new trends, e.g. embrace AI to gain efficiencies and speed up the process (e.g. through the implementation of new production technologies)
• Creative understanding
• You have an affinity for AI tools and products and know what is possible
