Your Mission:
Concept & Create:
Develop bold, innovative ideas for social media campaigns that capture attention and inspire action. From quirky TikToks to visually striking Instagram grids, you’ll bring a creative vision to life with a touch of AI to elevate the work.
Craft is Key:
Own the look and feel of all creative output, ensuring that every piece of content we produce is visually stunning and strategically aligned. With your keen eye for design and storytelling, you’ll ensure our work stands out on social platforms.
Efficient Production:
Oversee content creation from smartphone shots to full-scale productions. You’re adept at managing a streamlined production process, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality. If you’re using AI to accelerate or innovate, that’s a plus.
AI-Driven Creativity:
Explore and implement AI tools that can enhance our creative process, from content generation to trend analysis. You’ll lead the charge in how AI can make our content smarter and more effective.
Lead & Inspire:
As the creative lead, you’ll inspire and mentor a team of six dynamic young creatives. You’ll guide them to produce exceptional work, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Client Engagement:
Serve as the creative voice in client meetings, presenting and selling your ideas with clarity and enthusiasm. Your ability to connect with clients and convey your vision is essential for building lasting client relationships.
Trendsetter:
Stay ahead of social media trends, understanding what’s next on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. You’re the one who knows the latest hashtags before they trend, and you know how to turn emerging ideas into marketing gold.
