Jung von Matt SPREE looking for an experienced Creative Producer (d/f/m) for our PLAY Team, who has experience in working in agencies and producing campaigns for international clients, especially in digital and social-first content. As Creative Producer you bring experience in develop and execute creative concepts for various projects with a great understanding of the interplay between service, creation, consulting and production and work together with the team in order to deliver the projects in budget,  time and in quality.

• Coordinate and oversee the entire production process from initial planning to final delivery.
• Identify and collaborate with the right partners (production, animation studios, directors, DOPs, or creators) to create innovative, platform-specific and relevant content.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders, creating a workflow that fosters trust and creativity.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to both.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and external partners to understand their needs and expectations
• Ensure high-quality output and alignment with brand guidelines throughout the production process.
• You stay on top of new trends, eg. embrace AI to gain efficiencies and speed up the process.
• You are capable of executing smaller curated/in-house productions without the need for an external facilitator.
• Adapt production solutions based on the circumstances -eg. small budgets- and moderate expectations accordingly. 
• You understand post-production processes and can manage a production with an asset list exceeding 150 assets, ensuring smooth delivery.

• Good understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and their content requirements.
• Experience working with content creators, influencers, and other creative talent.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
