- You coordinate and work with interdisciplinary teams to implement brand communication and strategy with a focus on data
- You proactively bring expert knowledge into the agency to increase the data competence of your colleagues in other departments as well
- You empathically advise our clients on the effective and efficient use of data in marketing, products and services
- You also support data projects outside of the client business (see e.g. Startup Ranking, JvM Greenpapers etc.)
- Together with our market research partners, you design, analyze and prepare surveys (e.g. advertising tests, brand tracking, trend and driver analyses)
- You create convincing target group analyses and consumer journeys with the help of consumer panels and other tools
- You provide data-supported recommendations for the right channel selection and for the creation of campaign plans
- You ensure the measurability of our successes by defining relevant KPIs and collecting them
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, psychology, media or business informatics or a comparable education/qualification
- 2-4 years of professional experience - for example as a strategist or analyst in a media/advertising agency or a company - we are open to career changers!
- German: professional working proficiency.
- You are curious and hungry for knowledge
- You have a high intrinsic motivation to break new ground and are interested in current technological and social trends
- Your approach is logical and analytical, you have a fundamentally high level of comprehension and can quickly find your way around new situations
- You have a proactive way of thinking and acting, an empathetic demeanor and work independently and in a structured manner, alone and in a team
- You are able to break down complicated issues and analyses to the essentials and get to the point in a way that others can understand
- You are familiar with social listening, consumer panels, performance and trend tools
- You are skilled in dealing with LLMs such as chatGPT, Claude and Co. and understand at least roughly how these systems work on a technical level
- You know the basics of qualitative and quantitative market research methods
- Optional: You have experience in the field of digital analytics & BI
- Optional: You are familiar with data manipulation, data visualization and statistics (e.g. proficient in Python, R, Tableau, Stata, SPSS)
- Optional: You have experience in campaign planning and know how to brief media agencies
