Position
Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for a German speaking Strategy Director (d/f/m)

Position
  • Teams: Leading your own team, solving problems at strategy team level, observing and driving team development from a technical perspective
  • You lead your own team and solve problems at strategy team level, monitor and drive team development from a technical perspective
  • You are involved in recruiting, networking and sourcing
  • You are strong in customer development (GF/AG level)
  • You develop strategic guidance and business
Your profile
  • You drive forward overarching agency, business and client contexts: help shape agency group topics, expand strategy portfolio, develop own products
  • You manage projects independently: independent project development/acquisition. Drive your own projects forward.
  • You delegate and give feedback: tasks are broken down into self-sufficient individual parts, clearly brief project members, communicate expectations, hand over responsibility and provide targeted feedback on existing content
  • You are clear: communicate your own thoughts in a clear and structured manner
  • You are responsible for capacity and utilisation planning: realistic assessment of your own resources, creating precise offers for strategic services, ensuring an efficient way of working
  • You have extensive pitch experience
  • You present independently and confidently to small and large customers
  • You lead workshops
  • You have 5-6 years of professional experience
