Position

Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for a Senior Manager People & Culture (d/f/m) in full time.

By ensuring a smooth onboarding process, you make sure new employees feel welcome and are ready to start quickly.
You plan and manage personnel development processes.
You provide advice on HR matters to employees, managers, and the executive team.
You serve as the point of contact for the P&C team in Hamburg.
You support the executive team with labor law issues.
You draft reference letters with confidence.
You are involved in the preparation and follow-up of the annual, agency-wide surveys.
You assist in planning events.
Your additional responsibilities include supporting Jung von Matt HAVEL's recruitment process, by identifying needs, drafting contracts, preparing and conducting interviews and participating in cross-company recruiting events, representing the agency(group) externally.

Your profile

You are well-versed in the industry and market and continuously stay informed.
You have knowledge of the respective team structures and salary frameworks.
You demonstrate a confident presence both internally and externally.
You have experience in presentations.
You are skilled in correspondence and written communication.
You have in-depth knowledge of labor law and stay updated on legal changes.
You possess excellent organizational skills, as well as strong self-management.
You are a team player with a strong hands-on mentality.
