- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex information clearly and tailor messages to different audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong in developing and executing communication strategies aligned with business goals.
- Creativity: Innovative, with a talent for creating compelling content across various channels.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, flexible and calm under pressure.
- Education: Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field is a plus.
Your tasks:
- Holistic communications consulting and support for agencies and specialist departments within the JvM Group
- Taking on and independently implementing, complete or partial projects (depending on scope and size)
- Development and implementation of communicative approaches and recommendations for action
- Planning, preparation, follow-up and implementation of internal and external events
- Development and editorial preparation of topics for internal and external communication (in particular press releases and social media)
- Coordination of internal “service providers”, external service providers and freelancers
- Independent content and organizational leadership in sub-projects, controlling and project management
