Strategist (d/f/m)

Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a Strategist (d/f/m).


As an ideal JvM Strategist (d/f/m), you are an all-rounder with a great passion for brands and communication and have a good grasp of the entire spectrum of strategic planning. You have at least three years of strategic experience and have successfully worked for larger and managed smaller clients. With holistic and unconventional thinking, you get to the heart of strategies clearly and simply. You like to share your knowledge and enjoy working together in a team. In addition, you are fluent in German and have very good English Skills.

Your tasks:

  • Brand positioning, architecture, development and management
  • Conception and (co-)moderation of workshops 
  • Guidance and analysis of market research 
  • Setting up communication and channel strategies
  • Creating and giving presentations (Keynote, Power Point), both in German and English

What you score with:

  • Strong understanding of digital and social media strategy, best practices and trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies that drive brand engagement and conversion
  • Passion for building narratives for brands and conveying them in a visually compelling way
  • You like to spend time in the agency together with your team
