We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Student Assistant in Client Services. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in the advertising industry while supporting our client services team.

The tasks

• Writing cost and billing statements.
• Managing billing in SAP and our systems.
• Supporting the project management team.
• Listing and managing costs.
• Supporting the team with research and data analysis.
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.

About you

• Strong understanding of numbers and systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
