Jung von Matt is looking for a Manager People & Culture (d/f/m) with a focus on recruiting.
Are you interested in representing Jung von Matt and enjoy attracting new people for the group? As the ideal JvM Manager People & Culture (d/f/m), you already have some experience in recruiting for a creative agency. You will review and evaluate application documents, have a good overview of the agency landscape and creative competitions as well as universities and have a real feel for hidden talent.
With your proactive approach, you manage the applicant management processes from the briefing interview to active sourcing and contract negotiations. Your organizational talent is characterized by the fact that you always keep an eye on topics, timings and interfaces.
