Position
Jung von Matt HAMBURG is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager (d/f/m) to join our team. 

You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our social media activities. 
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with various internal teams to boost brand awareness, reach target audiences, and drive engagement on our clients' social media platforms.

The Task:
  • Conduct channel and ecosystem analyses, staying updated on formats and trends, and advancing your knowledge of influencer marketing and digital tools.
  • Develop content plans and comprehensive campaign and communication strategies.
  • When it comes to community management you define tone and Q&A guidelines, creatively respond to direct messages and comments, monitor competitors and relevant creators proactively.
  • Independently use CMS tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Emplifi, Falcon) for uploads, dashboard creation, and content planning.
  • Master KPIs along the marketing funnel, understand paid media formats and specifications, and evaluate paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Conduct creator screenings, propose suitable creators for concepts, communicate with them, and evaluate campaigns.
  • Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in smaller productions and shoots.
  • Create guidelines and playbooks, both general and client-specific, in collaboration with the strategy team, and prepare workshops with clients.
  • Develop and execute content and postings on common social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter, aligning with the client's message, values, and story.
  • Formulate insights and learnings for channel utilization, translate trends into client concepts, and proactively pitch ideas to Creative Directors and clients.
  • Participate in brainstorms and working sessions to develop new social media ideas for baseline, highlight, and campaign communication.
  • Create briefings for the creative team

About you:
  • Degree or equivalent education in marketing, communication, or media.
  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, and digital content creation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Team player with effective stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in German and English. (C2-Level)
