Position
Your tasks:
- Developing creative lead ideas, concepts and campaigns for multiple clients and brands
- Writing and refining copy for all relevant channels (classic, digital, social, film and beyond)
- Close collaboration with art directors to create holistic and compelling creative work
- Independently briefing and coordinating all project stakeholders and disciplines
- Presenting concepts and copy internally and to clients with confidence
- Ensuring tonal and conceptual consistency across all touchpoints and deliverables
- Maintaining and elevating copy quality throughout all project phases
- Mentoring, coaching and professionally developing junior copywriters and trainees
- Actively contributing to the improvement of tools, workflows and creative standards
- Staying on top of cultural trends, storytelling formats and emerging creative opportunities
About you:
- Excellent understanding of brands, products and audiences, with a strong sense of tone of voice
- Outstanding conceptual and writing skills across all media and channels
- Proven experience in developing integrated campaigns and creative lead ideas
- Confident presentation and persuasion skills in German and English
- High quality standards and a strong creative and editorial mindset
- Deep understanding of the interplay between copy, design, concept and technology
- Experience working closely with art direction, consulting, strategy and external partners
- Ability to guide, mentor and develop junior copywriters through constructive feedback
- Curiosity for new formats, platforms and tools, including the use of generative AI in the creative process
