Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a Senior Producer (d/f/m).

As an ideal Senior Producer (d/f/m), you have at least 5 years of experience in Media Production for all kind of different channels, ideally in the field of advertising, film production or a large creative agency. On top, you have a proven track record of managing large-scale local and international productions and budgets. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop clear and impactful production strategies. In addition, you have very good German and English Skills.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring all production & post production processes and workflows
• Planning and monitoring the production budget and responsibility for meeting cost targets in alignment with the Client Services Team
• Continuous optimization of production and post production processes to increase efficiency in workflows and costs
• Oversee all assets/campaigns
• Establishing effective, trusting cooperation with both internal departments, stakeholders and external service providers and production partners
• Integration of newest AI trends, tools and developments
• Implementation of new production technologies and methods

What you score with:

• Experience in optimizing production and post production processes 
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Creative understanding
