Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a German-speaking Student Assistant People & Culture (d/f/m).
 
As a Student Assistant People & Culture (d/f/m) you are studying business administration, human resources management or a similar course of study and are keen to gain practical experience in the field of People & Culture.
 
Empathic, outgoing, and fun with organizational and administrative work, you will support the People & Culture team from the hiring process to offboarding.
 
You have a passion for modern approaches in the area of New Work and enjoy integrating and driving them forward.
 
Your tasks: 
 

• Support in the recruiting process
• Participating in projects concerning Employer Branding 
• Independent planning and implementation of the Young Talent Program
• Preparation of job references 
• Administrative support in People & Culture Management
