With many years of job experience in a creative agency you have the ability to develop unusual concepts and turn ideas into groundbreaking campaigns.
The tasks:
- Develop and execute innovative visual concepts for integrated campaigns across various media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and strategists to ensure cohesive and impactful brand storytelling.
- Lead creative sessions and provide guidance to junior designers to enhance their creative output.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and perfect the final product.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your creative process.
- German speaking, with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Proven experience as an Art Director in a creative or advertising agency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality creative work.
