You bring at least 3 years of experience in social editorial processes as well as creative development for social – from building out editorial plans to ideating and producing platform-specific content. You’re not just on top of trends; you know how to turn them into original, insight-driven campaigns that perform well.
You have a sharp creative eye, confidence in copywriting, and a knack for turning a simple briefing into big creative thinking with a brand-fit. You’re comfortable leading the development of ideas, pitching them, and guiding them into production.
You’re also client-facing – able to present your ideas, build trust, and keep projects moving. You’re fluent in content formats and know how to adapt an idea across platforms without losing its spark.
While content performance matters to you, you also trust your creative instincts. You know what good looks like – and more importantly, you know how to make it.
An automotive background is great but not required – what matters most is your creative energy, your understanding of the digital space, and your ability to bring bold ideas to life. Please include a portfolio or examples of recent social content or campaigns you’ve developed.
Please have proficiency with at least one editorial planning tool, a content scheduling platform, MidJourney, and PowerPoint or Keynote.
